Dear Colleagues,
For your planning, I am announcing that our next quarterly meeting will be
July 19 and 20, 2001, in Atlanta, GA, at the Renaissance Concourse
Hotel. As we are making preparations for the meeting, I would like to
invite your recommendations for discussion and presentation topics.
Based on feedback I received following the January 2001 meeting, we will
use the following format:
Thursday, July 19, 2001:
10:00 am: IT Steering Group Meeting.
Break
1:00 pm: Full IT Committee Meeting begins.
6:00 pm: Evening reception (Dinner on own).
Friday, July 20, 2001:
9:00 am: IT Committee Meeting resumes.
12:00 pm: Lunch
3:00 pm: Meeting closure.
We will send out a message with the hotel information within the next
couple of weeks so that you may make reservations (a block of rooms will be
reserved for your use).
In the interim, I look forward to hearing from you.
