Mary Fran,
Comments:

(I didn't see any specific target audience identified, so I tried to infer
that from the tone of each document.)

On the first (PowerPoint) document:
o Focuses on the non-specific positives and glosses over the challenges.
o One nit: there is no longer any real aggregation point in Florida.
o Good high-level, feel-good "glossy" that generally describes the intent of
the program. Target would appear to be institutional senior mgt. and
high-level elected officials.
o May not be what you would want to hand to vendors or state technology
offices.

On the second (Word) document:
o Spell out SGA in first paragraph.
o A few more specifics than the first, but a more mundane presentation
vehicle.
o It's not clear what target audience this is aiming for.

Given these two choices, I prefer the first one. However, I suspect there
will be a need for more than one document as you clarify what specific
audiences you want to communicate with as you will need to tailor the
information appropriately.

Subject: Need your input on SURA RII brochures

Dear all,

More follow-up to the IT Committee meeting -

Attached are the two draft SURA RII handouts that we are working on
to support learning/speaking about the RII. Again, these are *draft
docs only* (not for distribution at this time) and scheduled to
evolve probably into a single document.

I took notes on some feedback at the meeting but we were moving along
quite quickly and we also had limited copies to pass around at the
time. With this closer look, I am hoping that anyone who has feedback
will be able to send it along, hopefully within the week. We greatly
appreciate any suggestions/comments you may have as we continue to
"groom" them.

Thanks!

-Mary Fran
