When can I set up my exhibit space?
Exhibitors can move into 2nd floor foyer area in the Revelle Room from 3:00pm on June 4, 2008. All booths must be set by 8:00pm on June 4, 2008.

When can I begin to dismantle my exhibit space?
Tear down will begin Friday, June 6, 2008 after 2:00pm. All exhibit materials must be off the show floor no later than Friday, June 6, 2008 at 7:00pm.

What is included in each exhibit space?
Each 10'x10' booth space includes: one 6' table, two chairs and one trashcan. Note: additional 6' tables are available for $20 each.

Does my booth space include electrical service?
Yes.

What are the Exhibitor registration hours?
Wednesday, June 4, 2008, 11:00am - 4:00pm.

What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
Thursday, June 5, 2008 8:30am- 4:00pm.
Friday, June 6, 2008 8:30am- 12:00pm.

If I am shipping in our booth display and materials when should the truck arrive?
No later than Wednesday, June 4, 2008.
