NOTICE OF SURA BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING,

November 11& 12, 2003

The Fall 2003 meeting of the SURA Board of Trustees will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 11 and 12, 2003, at the Lod and Carole Cook Conference Center & Hotel, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. A block of rooms is held at the hotel for your accommodations during this Board meeting. Attendees should make reservations directly with the hotel by October 20, 2003. Reference "SURA Board Meeting" for rates of $89/night (standard) and $109/night (deluxe) for reservations made by October 20, 2003, OR, until the block of rooms is filled. Complimentary breakfast is served each morning in the Shaquille R. O'Neal Lodge from 6:00am to 10:00am.

The Board will convene on Tuesday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. A group dinner is planned for Tuesday evening - attendees should reserve dinner slot. The Board will convene on Wednesday, 8:00am to 11:00am for its plenary report-out session.
