* = SHUTTLE SERVICE will be available between the Doubletree Hotel Coconut Grove and Rosenstiel School (While the distance between the two locations is only 6 miles, Causeway traffic can be heavy at times.) TUESDAY: A bus will depart the hotel for the meeting site at 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 & 10:30 a.m. A bus will depart the meeting site for the hotel at 4:30, 5:00 & 5:30 p.m. WEDNESDAY: A bus will depart the hotel for the meeting site at 7:30, 8:00 & 8:15 a.m. A bus will depart the meeting site to the hotel, then on to Miami International Airport at both 11:00 & 11:30 a.m.
